Integrity
Charing Cross Property Management is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents, this gives our tenants the security of knowing that we keep to its strict codes of honesty and fairness in all our dealing with tenants. Deposits are protected by the Clients Money Protection Scheme.
Security
All properties are let under the provisions of the 1988 Housing Act and are initially for six months, although, in practice, most tenancies are extended for much longer. A damage deposit plus one months rent in advance is paid for at the start of the tenancy. There is also an initial administration fee to cover referencing.

We operate a super fast referencing system so that if you find a property through us, you can move in as soon as possible.
