Property inspection
All properties are regularly inspected and a written report given on its condition. We will organise any maintenance work on the property that is required in accordance with the landlord's wishes.
Regular detailed statements
We are happy to send and/or email detailed monthly statements anywhere in the world. We can also produce yearly summaries if required.
Credit Card Payment Accepted 
For your convenience we accept all major Credit/Debit cards for the payment of initial fees, EPCs and monthly fees.
