Complete legal documentation

It is essential that the correct legal documentation is provided. We take great care in drawing up the tenancy agreements and serving the appropriate notices. An inventory of the property is taken at the beginning of the tenancy, noting its contents and condition. A damage deposit is taken from the tenants to further safeguard your property. This deposit is not refunded until the tenants have satisfactorily vacated the property. We are members of the Tenancy Dispute Scheme - a scheme that ensures deposits are held securely and dealt with fairly. Back to top 

Regular statements

We use the latest technology to provide regular itemised monthly statements. The rent is either transferred directly into your bank account or sent to you by cheque, whichever you prefer, ensuring you of a regular monthly income. Back to top 

Continuous utmost care programme

Our full management service includes a continuous care programme. During each tenancy we regularly inspect your property and prepare a report for your information. If  required we can get estimates and organise any maintenance or repair work. You can rely on us to see that your property is well cared for in your absence. Back to top

We offer the following management services:

Full Management

Most of our landlords choose this option because it provides them with a complete service which includes, the marketing of the property, selecting and referencing the tenants, setting up the correct legal documentation and preparing an inventory and arranging a Landlords Gas Safety Certificate. During the tenancy we collect the rents and prepare an itemised monthly statement. An annual report is also available for taxation purposes. This service includes serving notices and checking the tenant in and out of the property. We carry out regular inspections of the property and send you a written report. If required, we also organise any maintenance or repair work on your behalf. Back to top

Letting & rent collection

This service includes the marketing of the property, selecting and referencing the tenants, setting up the correct legal documentation and preparing an inventory prior to check-in. We collect the rents and prepare an itemised monthly statement. Back to top

Letting only

 This service includes the marketing of the property, selecting and referencing the tenants, setting up the correct legal documentation and preparing an inventory prior to check-in. However, with Letting Only we do not collect the rent nor deal with any ongoing management of the property. Back to top

For your convenience we accept all major Credit /Debit cards for the payment of initial fees, EPCs and monthly fees.
